As a postpartum doula and nutritional advisor, I combine traditional postpartum wisdom with nutritional knowledge to create nourishing meals designed for the needs of new mothers and their families.


What is Postpartum Meal Prep?

Postpartum Meal Prep is a dedicated meal preparation service designed to give you one less thing to worry about during the early weeks after birth.

 

I prepare nourishing, freezer-friendly meals in my kitchen and provide everything ready for you to enjoy at home.


Each preparation session includes:
